Insidee Media is looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager who knows how to convert qualified leads into paying clients and thrives in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and close pre-qualified inbound leads
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch tailored solutions
• Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-ups and deal pipelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in marketing, media, or agency space)
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
