🌟 About the RoleWe are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in tech, digital solutions, or real estate, who bring both strategic thinking and execution excellence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across tech, digital, or real estate verticals
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent target achievement
- Mentor or support junior team members when required
🧠 Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Proven track record in Tech, Digital, SaaS, or Real Estate industry
- Experience in an agency, real estate firm, or high-growth startup is preferred
- Understanding of digital solutions, such AR/VR, VFX, and SaaS products, is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
