Role Description
- Business Development & Revenue Growth — Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding service offerings and market presence.
- Client Relationship Management — Build and nurture strong client relationships, represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and follow-through.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship — Lead and manage team workflows, set clear goals, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor team members to foster collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performance work culture.
- Strategic Planning & Quality Control — Drive strategic planning initiatives, ensure timely project deliveries, maintain quality control standards, and align team efforts with broader company objectives through regular communication and performance tracking.
- Proposals, Presentations & Internal Operations — Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously contribute to optimizing operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, and delegation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and target achievement
- Problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role as an added benefit
