Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team at our Bengaluru office. The role involves driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market analysis, creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market trends and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve business objectives
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the EdTech industry or a related field is a plus
