Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site position based in Noida. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, and creating strategic plans to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include market research, proposal preparation, coordinating with clients, delivering presentations, and assisting in negotiations. The Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Writing
- Proficiency in Presentation Tools and Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to meet targets, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with teams
- Knowledge of geoscience or experience in the geophysical industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Geoscience, or related fields preferred
