Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttarakhand, India, for a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the team to drive strategic growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and proposal development to support growth initiatives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting, and knowledge of CRM software
- Adaptability, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience working in policy research, government relations, or the public sector is an advantage
