Educational Qualification: BE / BTech – Mechanical Engineering MBA (Marketing / Sales /
Operations) – Preferred
Salary Range: As per industry standards & experience (Senior Management Level)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
• Define and execute sales strategies & Marketing
• Achieve annual sales targets, order booking, and revenue growth
• Build, mentor, and lead application sales, proposal, and business development teams
• Develop key account management strategy for OEMs and Tier-1 customers
• Business development in another new various sector
• Identify new market opportunities, industries, and geographies
• Coordinate with Design, Project, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams for seamless execution
• Review project feasibility, margins, risks, and delivery commitments
• Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to top management
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
• Review and approve RFQs, technical concepts, and commercial proposals
