Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding IDSPL's client base. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. The role also includes leading negotiations, creating compelling proposals, collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Strategy Implementation
- Experience in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Account Management
- Knowledge of CAD, CAM, CAE, and related software solutions
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities and a Results-Driven Approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with the mechanical manufacturing industry is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Experience - 3-5 yrs
