Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kolkata. The selected candidate will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain strategic relationships, and contribute to achieving revenue growth goals. Responsibilities include market research, analyzing industry trends, developing and executing business growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The role also entails preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and consistently monitoring key performance indicators to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze Industry Trends
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and Client Management
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets
- Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and experience in similar industries is advantageous
