Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Ludhiana, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. Key responsibilities include generating leads, developing sales strategies, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions and representing IA Spaces at networking events and industry conferences are integral to this role. The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission to empower businesses through innovative workspace solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Negotiation
- Understanding of Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Sales Reporting
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets
- Prior experience in the real estate, coworking, or shared workspace industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
