Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating client contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, participation in business pitches, and tracking sales metrics to align efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Business Development strategies
- Strong Sales, Client Engagement, and Negotiation skills
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the education or e-learning sector is a plus
