Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager based in the Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Additionally, the candidate will track market trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to organizational growth by driving new business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Networking
- Experience with Client Relationship Management and Strategic Partnership Development
- Competency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Sales Strategy Design
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects, work in teams, and deliver measurable results within deadlines
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Prior experience working in a similar role in a digital marketing or IT industry is an advantage
