Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building relationships to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities include market research, negotiating contracts, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Ability to develop and execute impactful sales strategies
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to identify opportunities in market trends
- Experience in digital marketing or technology-driven industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
