Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven, on-ground Business Development Manager to expand HYNT’s network of interior designers, architects, and premium vendors across Mumbai.
This is a high-impact role focused on partner acquisition, revenue generation, and city-level growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive on-ground acquisition & onboarding of:
1. Interior Designers
2. Architects
3. Furniture & Décor Brands/Vendors
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle:
- Prospecting → Meeting → Pitching → Closing → Onboarding → Revenue
- Conduct in-person meetings with founders, studio heads, and key decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline (cold visits, networking, referrals)
- Drive revenue through listings, promotions, and ad solutions
- Identify high-value partners and strategic accounts
- Execute Mumbai market expansion strategy and hit aggressive targets
- Maintain strong relationships for retention and repeat revenue
What Makes You a Great Fit- 2–4 years of experience in B2B / field sales / SaaS / marketplace / ad sales
- Proven ability to close deals end-to-end
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- A consultative selling mindset (solution-driven approach)
- Comfortable with on-ground, high-frequency meetings across Mumbai
- High ownership, target-driven, and execution-focused
- Prior exposure to interiors / architecture / vendor ecosystem is a big plus
