Hubb is Delhi's discovery platform for the city's best offline brands. Not a deals app. Not a cashback platform. We partner with premium dining, retail, wellness, and experience brands and connect them with people who believe the best things in life happen in person. We're live across Delhi NCR with 80+ partner brands and growing. This is an early stage platform where every person on the team has real impact from day one.
This is a founding team role.
We're not hiring employees. We're looking for people who want to be part of building something from scratch. You'll work directly with the founders, see every part of how a city-scale platform grows, and have a genuine impact on where Hubb goes next. If you've ever wanted to be on the ground floor of something real, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Identify offline brands across Delhi NCR that belong on Hubb
- Walk into venues cold, meet decision makers, and pitch the Hubb partnership
- Own the full outreach cycle from first conversation to onboarded partner, with support from the founding team
- Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline with discipline
- Represent Hubb with the energy, warmth, and professionalism the brand deserves
- Share ground-level feedback from the market to help the team sharpen the pitch
Who You Are
- You're comfortable walking into a room full of strangers and starting a conversation
- You know Delhi and have a genuine curiosity about the city's dining, retail, and culture scene
- You can pitch an idea clearly and confidently without a script
- You're self-driven and don't need to be told what to do next
- You're hungry and see this as a real stepping stone into startups, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Sales experience is a plus but attitude matters more
Compensation
- Rs 30,000 to Rs 90,000 per month based on experience, plus performance incentives.
