Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durgapur for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, driving customer engagement, and managing partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in market research and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in the electrical equipment or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed to meet potential and current clients
