Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Responsibilities include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, networking with stakeholders, and contributing to company revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with solutions, as well as the ability to represent the company professionally in engagements with customers and investors.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Competitive Analysis
- Strong ability in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Knowledge of Financial Planning, Risk Assessment, and Growth Strategy Development
- Understanding of Brand Management and Marketing Strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in a Venture Capital, Consulting, or relevant business environment is highly desirable
