Maniira Exports works at the intersection of embroidery, high fashion, and global luxury brands. We collaborate with designers, bridal houses, and premium labels across Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East.
Role Overview
We are looking to hire 2–3 young, driven Business Development professionals who can actively reach out to international fashion brands, initiate conversations, and convert them into long-term clients.
This role is highly execution-focused — you will be responsible for building relationships, opening doors, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to global fashion brands (luxury, bridal, RTW)
- Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong LinkedIn presence and outreach pipeline
- Draft and send professional, well-structured emails and follow-ups
- Set up meetings (virtual and in-person where applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, pricing, and timelines
- Prepare quotations and assist in closing orders
- Track conversations, leads, and conversions systematically
- Support in market research (brands, buyers, trends, competitors)
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English is a must)
- Active and confident on LinkedIn (personal profile matters)
- Understanding of email marketing and outreach strategies
- Interest in fashion, luxury, or textiles (high fashion exposure preferred)
- Basic understanding of pricing, costing, and inventory is a plus
- Self-starter mindset — ability to take initiative and follow through
- Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups

- Has a good aesthetic sense / understands design and fashion
- Not afraid of rejection — understands sales is a numbers game
- Can think long-term while executing daily outreach
