We are building India's Largest Supply-chain platform for the Hospitality Industry.
Horeca Stop, part of Sedna Group, is a one-stop Omnichannel procurement platform providing SAAS and e-commerce to solve procurement problems in the Hospitality Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the key account relationship, including communication, order processing, and payment collection.
- Develop and implement individual account plans tailored to each key account's specific needs and goals.
- Proactively identify and communicate new product launches and upselling opportunities to key accounts.
- Forecast and track key account performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at both key accounts and vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives.
- Assist with vendor management, including order placement, negotiation of contracts, and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key accounts and vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages) and a knack for sales.
- Graduation in any specialization
- 6 Months - 3 Years Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Chat-GPT, and other modern tools
- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & and fitness is a bonus.
- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
