As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition and manage the sales journey from initial consultation to project conversion.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India
Work Mode: On-site (Office role)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistent follow-ups with potential clients. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a proactive approach toward closing residential construction and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for residential construction to Home Styling projects
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements
Present Homesutra’s services, project approach, and proposals to prospective clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the decision-making process
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, and management) for proposal alignment
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups effectively
Organized approach toward managing leads and sales pipelines
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Experience in real estate, interiors, construction, or home services will be an added advantage
