Role Description
In this full-time, on-site position located in Dwarka, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving company growth. The main responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify potential areas for business expansion and preparing detailed reports for leadership on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strategic planning, market research, and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track performance and generate actionable insights
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
