Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kottayam with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. The manager will work collaboratively with internal teams to create tailored marketing solutions for clients, generate proposals, and deliver pitches. Other responsibilities include monitoring market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Skills in business development, lead generation, and revenue forecasting
- Strong ability to establish and maintain client partnerships
- Experience in sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and proposal creation
- Knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign structuring, and digital media trends
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or media industries is a plus
