Job details:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with strong experience in SaaS-based application sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking System) companies and hands-on experience managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
SaaS / ATS Sales
- Sell SaaS-based HR Tech / ATS solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations
- Understand client hiring challenges and position ATS solutions effectively
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with implementation & support teams post-sale
- Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS application sales
- Prior experience working with ATS / HR Tech companies (preferred)
- Hands-on experience handling complete sales lifecycle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Good to Have:
- Experience selling to HR / Talent Acquisition teams
- Enterprise or B2B solution selling exposure
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
