Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will also analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Growth, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Market Research and Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and guide decision-making
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Team Collaboration and Coordination skills to work effectively with internal departments
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of recruitment or manpower services is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment
