Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of Hike Education’s offerings. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, negotiating terms, closing deals, and fostering long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of business targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Presenting solutions tailored to client needs
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills with the ability to convey value propositions effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a strategic, result-oriented environment
  • Experience in the EdTech industry or a related field is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
