Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Hike Education's Gurugram location. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role will also involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction will be integral to the position.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales: Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Strong understanding of market trends, business strategies, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate and foster client relationships.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and relationship management abilities to build and maintain professional connections.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
- Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is considered an asset.
