Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to business growth strategies. Key responsibilities include market research, prospecting, pitching educational programs, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective collaboration and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in market research and data-driven analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities to drive results and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to achieve goals
