🔹 Position: Business Development Manager
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Drive product approvals and technical specifications with consultants, architects, and project authorities.
• Develop and manage approved vendor registrations with PSUs, Government bodies, and EPC companies.
• Prepare and maintain project / consultant / architect databases.
• Track and manage tender opportunities, including:
• NIT listings
• Tender documentation
• Pre-bid and post-bid coordination
• Coordinate with government departments and public sector bodies for project opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with:
• Architects
• Consultants
• PMC firms
• Government authorities
• Support regional sales teams with project leads and technical inputs.
• Monitor project lifecycle from specification to order conversion.

✅ Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Engineer / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 5+ years experience in BD / Projects / Specification / Institutional Sales
• Experience in building materials / insulation / construction / HVAC / industrial products preferred
• Strong knowledge of tendering systems, GeM, CPPP, PSU procurement
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel
