The Role You’ll Play
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business acquisition, onboard enterprise clients, and contribute to revenue growth through high-value deals.
Your role will focus on:
• Identifying and acquiring enterprise clients for CPaaS solutions
• Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure • Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Driving revenue growth and meeting business targets
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up any additional tasks related to this role that support smoother operations and effective business development across teams.

What You’ll Be Driving

New Business Development
• Identify, target, and onboard new enterprise clients
• Focus on large-ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs+ and drive revenue growth

Client Acquisition & Sales Pipeline
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Retail, and Media
• Pitch Helo.ai solutions including Helo Campaigns, Helo Conversations, and Helo Shortify
🔹
Sales Cycle Ownership
• Manage the complete sales process from cold calls to deal closure
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations • Lead negotiations with key decision-makers

Relationship Management
• Build trusted partnerships with clients and ensure smooth onboarding • Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements
🔹
Market Research & Strategy
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies
• Identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies

Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking • Contribute to quarterly and annual revenue targets • Track KPIs and share performance updates

Knowledge & Expertise We Value
Sales & Business Development Skills
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition
• Ability to close large-ticket deals and manage enterprise sales cycles
• Strong understanding of tech-based solutions such as CPaaS, A2P messaging, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
