Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Marmagao. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing partnerships, coordinating with team members to meet sales targets, and driving the growth of the company’s insurance solutions. The role also involves presenting solutions tailored to client needs, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategies that enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- Capability in business development, client management, and sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships effectively
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and provide strategic insights
- Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies and meeting targets
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
