Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing and motivating a team, developing strategies to meet sales targets, providing customer-centric solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The role will involve maintaining regular client interactions to ensure satisfaction and identifying new market opportunities for business growth.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven expertise in sales, client acquisition, and relationship building
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Team leadership skills with experience in motivating and managing a team effectively
- Familiarity with the life insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
