Role Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing partners. Your daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, achieving business targets, conducting market analysis, and offering customized insurance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide training for Financial Consultants to enhance their performance. This is a hybrid role based in Jaipur, enabling a mix of in-office and remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train sales or consultant teams effectively
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficient in the use of technology and digital tools for sales and client management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Experience in the financial services, insurance, or related industry will be an advantage
