Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with various teams to develop and execute business strategies. The role requires regular client interaction, market analysis, and participation in organizational planning to drive revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills along with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team collaboration
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business environments
- Familiarity with the insurance and finance sector, with prior experience being a significant advantage
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
