Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – EdTech
Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Coimbatore / Work from Office
Budget: 7 To 8 LPA.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales of technology courses such as Python, Data Science, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Automation Testing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into enrollments, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Counsel prospective learners about tech courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Conduct product/course demos and consultation calls with interested candidates.
- Convert leads into paid enrollments by effectively communicating course value.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of learners.
- Track competitor offerings and market trends in the EdTech space.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of technology courses and IT career paths.
- Experience in inside sales / course selling / education counseling.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales pipelines.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2–4 years in EdTech sales / tech course selling / inside sales.
- Education: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Experience selling IT training programs or certification courses will be an added advantage.
