Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and establish strategic partnerships, build client relationships to expand the organization's market footprint, and develop new business opportunities. The role involves analyzing market trends, planning and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and achieving predefined business targets. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements .
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, account management strategies, and client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
- Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare B2B services is a must
- Ability to work on-site at the Navi Mumbai location and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
