Business Development Manager - Advantis India
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our 3PL business, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare Sales Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Who we are looking for
- 8–10+ years’ experience in 3PL sales or the Automobile industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager
- Proven sales track record, Market knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Ability to bring in business across Pan India
