Role Description
Havells is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for its Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating product specifications through close engagement with Architects, Interior Designers, and key influencers. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to enhancing brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Key Influencers to generate product specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share relevant insights with management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company guidelines.
Experience: 7–15 years
Qualification: Any Graduate with a Full-Time Postgraduate Degree
