HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand and sister concern of Sun Chem India, is inviting applications for roles based at Sun Chem India, a leading private-label cosmetic manufacturing company with over 30+ years of industry experience.
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Private Labeling segment by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, especially in cosmetics, personal care or contract manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in private labeling and contract manufacturing.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, product discussions, costing coordination, to deal closure.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain strong client servicing standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-8 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care or third-party manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently handle clients and close deals.
