We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will drive business growth in the Private Labeling segment by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding market presence.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or contract manufacturing who can independently manage clients and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in private labeling and contract manufacturing.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, product discussions, costing coordination, and deal closure.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging product opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries and maintain strong client servicing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or third-party manufacturing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage clients and close deals.
