Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. The role involves market research, analysis of industry trends, client negotiations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
-Understand client requirements and present them our brand through presentations and projects.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
-Track leads, follow-ups.
-Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure smooth handover post-closure.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for expansion.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business development or client acquisition.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
-Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in design, construction, real estate, or luxury sectors is an added advantage.
