Location: H.O. - Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
7–8 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or business development with a technical
background.
Experience in working with MEPF consultants, contractors, or in construction-related industries is
highly desirable.
Any Graduate / MBA
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with any engineering design software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new leads across business verticals.
Build relationships with contractors, consultants and designers.
Drive brand awareness and market penetration across target industries.
Collect and share relevant market data to support strategic planning.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team for improved outreach.
Execute JIKA’s marketing and sales strategies across assigned regions.
Support pre-sales and post-sales technical requests (design support, service, etc.)
Maintain standards in client interaction, presentation, and technical detailing.
Performance Metrics:
Lead generation and conversion rates
Deal closures and revenue targets (evaluated half-yearly)
Quality of client interactions and relationship management
Contribution to market feedback and product/service optimization
Compliance with travel and reporting schedules
