Read this before you apply
Most sales job descriptions are written to attract everyone. This one is written to filter.
At Growifyr, you won't inherit a warm pipeline, a sales playbook someone else perfected, or an SDR feeding you meetings. You'll build all of it—and own every deal from first touch to signed agreement to first renewal conversation. If that sentence excited you, keep reading. If it made you nervous, we've just saved both of us a few weeks.
Who we are?
Growifyr is a B2B demand generation company. We run ABM programs, content syndication, HQL/SQL and BANT-qualified lead campaigns, email outreach, and telemarketing for B2B companies across SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare IT, HR tech, fintech, and IT services.
That model puts all the risk on us and none on the buyer. Your job is to put that offer in front of the right people and let its logic do the heavy lifting.
Our brand line is "Built to Perform. Not to Impress." We expect the same from the people we hire.
What you'll actually own?
This is genuine full-cycle ownership. Not "full-cycle" as a euphemism for "we don't have SDRs yet." All of it, deliberately:
Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
- Identify and research target accounts across our priority verticals and geographies (US, UK, and expanding European markets)
- Run your own outbound—LinkedIn, email, and phone. You'll have tools and data support, but the motion is yours
- Build and maintain a pipeline that you can defend line by line, not one padded with wishful thinking
Discovery & Qualification
- Run discovery calls that diagnose before they pitch
- Qualify hard and disqualify faster—our model only works with clients whose ICP we can actually deliver against
- Know when to walk away from revenue that would become a delivery problem
Deal Management & Closing
- Own the full commercial conversation: scoping, pilot batch structuring, pricing discussions, and negotiation
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals—you'll be talking to VPs of Marketing, CROs, demand gen leaders, and founders
- Close, paper the deal, and hand off to delivery with a clean brief—then stay close enough that the first campaign lands well
Account Growth
- First-batch success is the sale before the sale. You'll stay involved through initial delivery to convert pilots into ongoing programs
- Feed what you learn on calls back into our positioning, targeting, and outreach—you're our fastest market feedback loop
Who does well here?
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful time spent owning deals end to end—not just booking meetings or just closing handed-off opportunities
- A challenger mindset. You lead prospects with insight, tell them things they don't want to hear, and push back when the buyer is wrong about their own problem
- Experience selling services, agency work, or demand generation is a strong plus. Experience selling to marketing and sales leaders is a stronger one
- Comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity—because that's how our clients measure us, and it's how we measure you
- Self-directed to a degree that would be uncomfortable at a big company. Nobody here will build your day for you
- Excellent written communication. A large share of your selling happens in LinkedIn messages and email before anyone gets on a call
Who should not apply?
We mean this kindly, but plainly:
- If you need an SDR team, marketing air cover, and inbound leads to hit numbers—this isn't the seat
- If your best years were managing a book of business someone else built—this isn't the seat
- If you describe your outreach style as "spray and "pray"—genuinely, this isn't the seat
- If startup ambiguity reads as chaos rather than freedom to you—you'll be miserable here, and we'd rather you be happy somewhere else
What you get?
- Real ownership. The entire revenue motion is yours to shape. Your playbook becomes the company's playbook
- A genuinely differentiated offer to sell. Performance-based billing is the easiest value proposition in demand gen—you're selling risk removal, not promises
- Direct line to leadership. No layers. Your market feedback changes strategy the same week you deliver it
- Competitive base + uncapped commission. Compensation structured so that closers earn like owners. Full details discussed in the first conversation—we don't play games with comp
- Growth into leadership. As the founding revenue hire, you're the obvious candidate to build and lead the team that follows you
How to apply?
Skip the generic cover letter. Instead, send us:
- Your CV or LinkedIn profile
- Three to five sentences on the deal you're proudest of—what you sold, who you sold it to, what nearly killed it, and how you saved it
That second part matters more than the first. We're hiring for how you think about deals, and we'd rather see it than read adjectives about it.
