Business Development Manager (2 Years of Experience) — Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 2 years of experience to help grow our client base, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in lead generation, sales coordination, and client communication, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Support the creation and execution of business growth strategies.
Client Relationship Management- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build trust-based relationships to support repeat business and retention.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Sales & Negotiation- Participate in sales meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
- Contribute to deal closures by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work with the sales team to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Market Research & Analysis- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to senior management to influence product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Coordination & Reporting- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation strategies, and customer engagement.
