Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients, and driving revenue growth within the US IT Staffing market.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the US staffing landscape, a proven track record of breaking into new accounts, and the "hunter" mentality required to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients (Direct Clients/Implementation Partners/Tier-1 Vendors) through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry research.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with Hiring Managers and Procurement teams to understand their technical hiring needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation
- Expertise in Market Research and Strategic Business Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proactive Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical Thinking abilities
- Experience working in a sales or business development position within recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
