Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Raipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized interior solutions that meet client expectations, conduct market analysis to identify trends, and lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the interior solutions industry and supply chain management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience in achieving sales targets and business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
