Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities to drive company growth. Key tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to conduct market research and develop strategic business plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of the maritime, shipping, or oil and gas sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
