Location: Remote (Global) | Travel Required
Graven Sourcing is expanding — and we’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Managers who understands international markets and can build long-term global sourcing partnerships.
We operate as a Local Sourcing Office in India, helping OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and industrial buyers access India’s manufacturing ecosystem with full control over Quality, Cost & Delivery.
What is Expected
- Drive international business development across Europe, USA, UK, GCC, Russia
- Build and manage a pipeline of OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers & industrial clients
- Lead the complete sales cycle: outreach → meetings → conversion → long-term contracts
- Position Graven as a strategic sourcing partner, not just a supplier
- Represent the company in global meetings, trade shows & industry forums
- Collaborate with sourcing & engineering teams to ensure seamless execution
- Train and mentor internal teams on global BD practices
We are looking for
- 10+ years in Business Development / International Sales
- Strong exposure to Auto / Mechanical / Industrial components
- Proven experience dealing with international clients (EU/USA/GCC/Russia preferred)
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation & communication skills
- Dynamic, self-driven personality with high ownership
- Comfortable working remotely and managing global clients
- Ability to use AI tools (Claude. Chat GPT, CRM, automation tools) for smarter work
- Willingness to travel internationally
Most Preferred -
- Experience in building or scaling international markets in Auto / Mech industries
- Strong training & mentoring capabilities
- Process understanding on commodities like Casting, Forging, Machining, Plastic, Sheet Metal
