We’re Hiring | Business development Manager (Institutional Sales)
Location : Noida Sec-3
Experience : 5+ years in the similar role.
Salary : Rs. 12 LPA to 15 LPA + Incentives
Working Days : 6 Days a Week
No. Of Positions: Two
Role Description :
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients (Colleges/University) through research, networking, cold calling, and campaigns.
2. Client Engagement: Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase company’s training programs like Data science/Machine learning/Java/MERN/Python, addressing client needs.
3. Sales & Conversion: Move leads through the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educators and stakeholders.
5. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and understand competitor activities.
6. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and provide feedback.
Skills & Qualification:
📌 Strong interpersonal and Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
📌 Strong interest in education and technology innovation.
📌 Hardworking, persistent, analytical, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
📌 Should be Graduate/Post Graduate
📌Ability to work independently and within a team environment
📌Knowledge in IT trainings like Java, Python, Data Science courses
