About the Role
We are looking for a relentless sales hunter — someone who thrives on opening new doors, not just maintaining them. As a Business Development Manager at Grafieks Lab Pvt Ltd, you will own the full new-business pipeline across two compelling offerings: Grafieks Cloud, our AI-powered self-service BI and analytics platform, and Grafieks Analytics, our managed services arm covering data engineering, digital operations, product engineering, and digital growth. You will be targeting enterprises and mid-market companies globally, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving revenue from first contact to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, target, and close net-new enterprise and mid-market clients for Grafieks Cloud (AI-powered BI SaaS) and Grafieks Analytics managed services — data engineering, digital operations, product engineering, and SEO-driven digital growth.
- Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, partner channels, and inbound qualification — with a strong bias toward self-generated pipeline.
- Engage CXOs, Heads of Data, IT Directors, and business unit leaders to uncover pain points around slow analytics, data silos, and operational inefficiency — and position Grafieks solutions as the fix.
- Run the full sales cycle — from first discovery call through demo, commercial proposal, negotiation, and contract closure — with a strong focus on shortening time-to-close.
- Conduct sharp discovery and demo calls that clearly articulate the ROI of Grafieks Cloud's AI-driven, self-serve analytics versus legacy BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase alternatives).
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline with clear forecasting and stage discipline in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new-business targets — new logos are the primary metric.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals that align with client data and operational challenges.
- Represent Grafieks at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand presence and source new opportunities.
- Recruit and build out the sales function as the team scales — acting as a founding sales voice for GTM strategy.
- Stay current on trends in AI/ML, business intelligence, data analytics, and managed technology services to credibly engage senior buyers.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrable focus on new logo acquisition — not account management or renewals.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, consultative sales — ideally SaaS, data, analytics, or managed tech services.
- Experience selling to or influencing C-suite and VP-level buyers in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Comfort running a full-cycle sales process — you don't wait for leads to come to you.
- Strong ability to articulate business value and ROI of technology platforms to non-technical buyers.
- Pipeline discipline — you build it, you manage it, you close it.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in lean, fast-moving startup environments.
- Team handling experience is a plus; early hires will be expected to grow into sales leadership.
