Business Development Manager – Industrial Projects & Infrastructure

We are hiring for a dynamic and growth-driven Business Development Manager for an organization specializing in Industrial Infrastructure, Project Management, and Industrial Park Development.
The role requires a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and lead generation within industrial, warehousing, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or real estate ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Industrial Projects, Warehousing, and Infrastructure sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Develop sales pipelines and drive lead generation activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Represent the organization at networking events and business meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and project discussions
- Monitor market trends and provide business growth insights to management
Requirements
- 3–9 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales
- Experience in Industrial Parks, Warehousing, EPC, PMC, Infrastructure, Industrial Real Estate, or related sectors preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent business etiquette and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, MIS, and reporting
- Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements
